We Won’t Break the Mold with this One

3D Digital Sculpture is our 3D team’s bread and butter. But that’s not all they do. If you need a lot of something there is another option.

Casting! Instead of individually sculpting each piece it is sometimes easier to create a mold and cast each object. This is ideal for extremely large runs. The process is simple:

If we are replicating an object we can create a mold from that object.

If we are creating a mold from a model we need to sculpt that first object, then make a mold from that.

From there we can easily cast objects! Molds don’t last forever but we simply have to make another one. If you want to learn more about the process, contact us!
