We print on many different rigid substrates. Materials available for rigid and die-cutting include Coroplast (corrugated plastic), foam core (paper coupled with a foam center), styrene, expanded PVC, ultra board (styrene coupled with a foam center), aluminum composite panel (aluminum, polyethylene core board), aluminum, polycarbonate, and acrylic. Our router can then cut these with ease.
Additionally, not all rigid materials are suitable for outdoor use. Aluminum, Aluminum composite, and coroplast are best suited for outdoor signage. Most other materials should remain indoor only.
