Meeting Deadlines

Grand Image is a wholesaler to the trade. We know that you need projects for your customers and often need them quickly. You could go overseas, but you wouldn’t see the project for weeks. There are big-time websites offering print services, but they have rigid turn times and often rigid size requirements.

Grand Image believes in flexibility. We work with you to make sure deadlines are met. We can’t do the impossible, but we can certainly do what often seems impossible! If that means kitting and drop shipping to your customer, that’s no problem. Our facility is set up to handle as much or as little of the job as you need.

You will be dealing with a living, breathing account executive when you place your order and they will handle it from when it comes in the door to when it exits the shop. You don’t have to worry about a website telling you about a 5 day turn for a single banner. They will do everything in their power to make sure it gets done

Staying On Our Toes

Things happen. We want to avoid it, but flexibility means accepting it. That’s one reason you have a dedicated account executive. If your files change right before printing, or the quantities change, they are there to make sure the change happens and the timeline is affected as little as possible.

No one wants to make changes, but we understand that customers change their mind. So if your customer drops a last second change on you, we’re ready to work with you to make sure it doesn’t jeopardize the job.
